Anforderungen
- Completed degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or comparable field
- Several years professional experience in marketing, ideally consumer goods or industrial sector
- Strong analytical skills and market/customer data experience
- Excellent written and spoken German and English command
- MS Office proficiency
- Result-orientation, intrinsic motivation, and change-driving ability
- Independent, creative self-starter, and ability to drive transformation in fast-paced environment
- Native German speaker and fluent business English skills; additional languages advantageous
- 5+ years digital marketing experience; previous digital agency account management a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team player with collaborative mindset

- Identify opportunities for differentiation
- Conduct portfolio analysis
- Derive sales promotion measures for top customers
- Plan promotions and product launches
- Execute promotions and product launches
- Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing teams
- Analyze ongoing and completed campaigns
- Derive actionable recommendations from campaigns
- Develop campaign standards
- Manage activation across online and offline channels
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams
- Collaborate with Key Account Management DIY/Prof. Outdoor
- Prepare and conduct meetings
- Prepare and conduct customer visits
- Prepare and conduct internal events
