- Strong base in CLO Software or Marvelous Designer
- Knowledge of platforms CONNECT and CLO-SET
- Experience as a designer or pattern maker in apparel industry
- Excellent knowledge in Pattern Making
- Knowledge in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of 2D CAD software and 3D software
- Good professional writing skills
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Fluency in English; additional language is a plus
- User-focused and pedagogical
- Resourcefulness and self-driven attitude
- Team player with collaborative skills
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Tech-savvy and interested in new technologies

Aufgaben
- Present inspiring software demos and product presentations
- Guide corporate clients in their 3D implementation strategy
- Provide technical support for CLO and CLO-SET users
- Advocate for corporate users and collaborate with teams to resolve challenges
- Monitor software utilization at key client accounts
- Identify growth opportunities with Business Development Managers
- Train new and existing corporate users on-site and off-site
- Participate in client projects, including international travel
- Collaborate with the Design & Implementation team to facilitate events
- Create informative tutorial videos and PDF guides for users
- Help organize workshops and user engagement events for the community
- Create 3D content for user engagement and social media initiatives
- Collaborate with developers and UX designers on feature improvements
- Follow up on bugs and crashes reported by users
- Beta test new CLO versions and provide feedback to the development team
