Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in HR, People & Culture, or HR Generalist roles, ideally in fast-paced or scale-up environments
- Strong knowledge of German employment practices and hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Ownership mindset and end-to-end responsibility
- People-first approach with empathy and discretion
- Organization, structure, and detail-orientation
- Excellent communication and trust-building skills
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mentality
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Ensure internal operations and employee experience scale effectively
- Manage employee administration, including contracts and leave
- Maintain accurate employee data and comply with German labor regulations
- Handle employee changes like promotions and salary adjustments
- Run onboarding processes for new hires
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including documentation and equipment handling
- Serve as the primary contact for new joiners and leavers
- Plan and execute quarterly performance reviews
- Drive peer and leadership feedback processes
- Support managers in performance and development discussions
- Address employee questions and sensitive topics
- Run engagement activities like coffee chats and check-ins
- Design and analyze employee surveys for continuous improvement
- Lead culture initiatives and engagement projects
- Manage the full hiring cycle from role definition to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to screen and interview candidates
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience
