- Strong interest in fashion
- Strong interest in innovation
- Willingness to learn independently
- Willingness to learn in team projects
- Joy in copywriting
- Good writing skills

Aufgaben
- Support influencer marketing campaign conceptualization and execution
- Identify and source micro-influencers and UGC creators
- Support shoots, events, and campaign launches
- Manage the Fabletics Gifting Program
- Learn tools, processes, and strategies for performance analysis
- Assist in creating and designing influencer campaign briefs
- Benchmark competing brands' influencer strategies
- Execute performance analysis using influencer and online marketing tools
- Organize and maintain new collections in the showroom
