- Lead complex cross-functional projects from concept to business case
- Ensure smooth project handover to relevant business units
- Coordinate discussions with C-level executives
- Structure partnerships with potential global partners
- Review strategic peer group and track competitor activities
- Provide timely insights to senior management
- Support recruitment and onboard new team members
- Represent TUI in strategic discussions with external partners
- Contribute to team's knowledge base with high-quality analysis
- Offer fresh perspectives to drive continuous improvement
