- Plan and implement a customized digital transformation roadmap
- Orchestrate the development and realization of prototypes for innovative business scenarios
- Develop a service plan to secure critical business process scenarios
- Coordinate service deliveries, including positioning and scoping
- Monitor results and recommendations from service deliveries
- Engage in business development activities for customer engagement
- Support the customer as an escalation point in critical situations
- Enhance interdisciplinary collaboration both internally and externally
