- Design and optimize workflows in LIMS and ELN systems
- Manage data tracking within a high-throughput environment
- Maintain assets to ensure uninterrupted year-round laboratory operations
- Manage and develop a team of technical experts
- Proactively identify technical issues and propose solutions
