Aufgaben
- Design and oversee olfactory psychophysical assessments
- Measure detection thresholds and fundamental odor metrics
- Develop paradigms for temporal dynamics and mixture interactions
- Probe odor quality and higher-order perception aspects
- Analyze data using advanced statistical and computational approaches
- Interpret complex perceptual and psychophysical data
- Present research results to peers and business partners
- Produce high-quality lab reports, manuscripts, and patents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation strategies
- Integrate research findings into product development
- Evolve methodological standards and psychophysics best practices
- Lead the team through clear objective setting
- Build team capabilities to support growth and performance
