Anforderungen
- •Technical or scientific degree or equivalent working experience
- •Advanced software-based medical device troubleshooting skills
- •Detail-oriented, analytical mindset and problem-solving commitment
- •Well-organized work style and can-do mentality
- •Teamwork and fluent English communication skills
- •Excellent documentation habits and communication skills
- •Experience with DICOM standard medical image data
- •Ideally knowledge of medical imaging technology (MRI, CT, X-ray)
- •Ideally knowledge of hospital IT networks and PACS systems
- •Willingness to travel up to 10%

- •Provide technical support to global customer care teams
- •Transfer clinical and technical knowledge from R&D to support
- •Represent support interests during product development
- •Improve treatment planning application quality and performance
- •Prepare support documentation for software releases
- •Manage 3rd level support and root cause analysis
- •Resolve customer complaints and lead CAPA activities
- •Evaluate technical issues occurring in hospital environments
- •Analyze product performance trends for post-market surveillance
- •Advise R&D teams on preventative design improvements
- •Collect support requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- •Initiate product changes based on customer feedback
- •Coordinate support communication across multiple R&D departments
- •Create installation checklists and service manuals
