Anforderungen

  • •Minimum 3 years in Product Management or similar role
  • •University degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field
  • •Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
  • •Structured communication skills
  • •Strong technical affinity with complex hardware–software systems
  • •Ability to work in O.R. environments
  • •Ability to foster collaboration between R&D, Sales, and Clinical teams
  • •Ability to translate complex contexts into actionable strategies
  • •Proven organizational skills
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
  • •Willingness for up to 20% travel

  • •Drive product success throughout the product lifecycle
  • •Initiate and conduct clinical studies for the product portfolio
  • •Evaluate business opportunities and prioritize product scope
  • •Ensure technical feasibility and market impact
  • •Track global sales performance and identify improvement areas
  • •Manage product offering details, including pricing and information
  • •Analyze and document competitor activities and products
  • •Compile market requirements and specifications
  • •Lead product launch activities for effective knowledge transfer
  • •Gather and analyze feedback from customers and sales teams
  • •Develop a strong technical understanding of Microscope Navigation
  • •Communicate strategy and roadmap clearly with Sales
  • •Support customer visits with presentations and product demos
  • •Develop marketing programs with the Product Marketing Manager
  • •Create and maintain marketing collaterals with the Product Marketing Manager
