- Act as primary point of contact for German employees
- Manage HR queries and lifecycle events
- Own local onboarding, relocation, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with German labor law
- Maintain high-quality employee experience
- Manage local HR vendors and payroll processes
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity in HR systems
- Handle employee relations cases
- Advise local CEO on HR matters
- Escalate complex topics to Global HR
