- Oversee project contract compliance
- Manage technical interfaces between contractors
- Support technical due diligence
- Attend factory inspections and acceptance tests
- Supervise third-party engineers and design services
- Plan and lead project design reviews
- Ensure technical consistency with project goals
- Conduct technical analysis to identify non-conformities
- Recommend solutions for design issues
