- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Develop a deep understanding of market and customer needs
- Articulate customer problems clearly to the team
- Define and manage the product roadmap
- Communicate roadmap clearly for alignment and excitement
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams
- Conceptualize, develop, and launch solutions
- Use AI to enhance efficiency and product development
- Evaluate product impact using metrics
- Derive adjustments for the roadmap based on feedback
- Ensure products have a clear GTM strategy
- Step in hands-on for successful delivery
- Proactively communicate team’s work across the organization
- Embody company values as a team leader
- Mentor colleagues in the Product team
