Aufgaben
- Design and implement scalable service solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Integrate AI functions like Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Predictive Analytics
- Ensure seamless embedding of innovative technologies in solutions
- Bear technical responsibility for end-to-end solutions, including system integration, data strategy, and security
- Support clients throughout the project cycle from requirements analysis to go-live
- Facilitate workshops and adapt complex concepts to specific audiences
- Develop sustainable service strategies for long-term client process transformation
- Contribute to the development of the Microsoft competence portfolio
- Mentor and support knowledge transfer within the team
- Participate in pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and designing solutions
- Drive new technologies and AI trends in the service sector
