- Familiarity with containerization tools
- Familiarity with orchestration tools
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience implementing MLOps pipelines
- Experience in cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with data ETL

- Hands-on experience with model deployment workflows
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Knowledge of data platforms for big data
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Understanding of SAFe methodologies
- Understanding of collaborative engineering practices
- Fluent English
- Proactive, problem solving mindset
- Good German language skills desirable
- Experience with multi-agent or generative AI frameworks
- Familiarity with SAP AI Core
- Familiarity with SAP BTP
- Experience with agile frameworks
- Experience with project management tools
- Strong oral and written English communication skills

- Develop Agentic AI and ML solutions with global teams.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions.
- Drive development of cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Lead development, maintenance, and optimization of Agentic AI architectures.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
- Oversee AI solution lifecycle from concept to production.
- Execute enterprise-grade LLMOps and MLOps for AI models and workflows.
- Drive architectural decisions for enterprise AI solutions.
- Ensure reliability, observability, and compliance for deployed AI.
- Mentor junior colleagues to foster AI engineering excellence.
- Stay updated on state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies.
- Act as a thought leader in AI and engineering.
