- Experience with AI models

- Hands-on experience with data ETL
- Hands-on experience with APIs
- Hands-on experience with model deployment workflows
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Knowledge of data platforms for big data
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Understanding of SAFe methodologies
- Understanding of collaborative engineering practices
- Fluent English

- Design and develop AI and (gen)AI services
- Deploy AI solutions from proof of concept to production
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Develop model deployment workflows
- Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices
- Automate model training, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with Product Owners and data scientists
- Translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop multi-agent AI and LLM-based products
- Ensure reliability and observability of AI solutions
- Maintain compliance of deployed AI systems
- Guide and mentor junior colleagues
- Foster AI engineering excellence across teams
