- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering organizations
- Experience scaling or redefining PMO organization
- Experience working across global time zones and delivery models
- Experience partnering with hardware engineering teams
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification (helpful but not required)
- German and/or English fluency
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the India PMO organization
- Partner with the local PMO manager to scale project management standards
- Establish clear operating rhythms and role clarity
- Act as a senior PMO leader for project execution excellence
- Supervise execution of priority programs within scope and budget
- Provide direct leadership for business-critical initiatives
- Ensure alignment with engineering, product management, and operations teams
- Strengthen collaboration with Germany-based engineering teams
- Define and deploy scalable PMO processes and templates
- Introduce practical standards for planning and resource forecasting
- Build a long-term capability plan for PMO growth in India
- Optimize resource planning and allocation across projects
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across functional groups
- Support selection and prioritization of R&D/NPI work
- Improve portfolio transparency and trade-off clarity
- Evolve NPI/development lifecycle governance
- Evaluate and enhance project management processes
- Define and track KPIs for program health and business impact
- Lead regular business reviews to communicate progress and risks
