- More than five years of experience in highly technical environment (ideally HVAC system design, technical planning, pre-sales engineering, or Product Owner role within digital solution teams)
- Deep technical understanding of HVAC systems (system design, hydraulics, technical documentation)
- Strong digital affinity
- Proficiency with AI and design tools (e.g. ChatGPT or prompt engineering)
- Ability to translate expert knowledge into scalable digital planning solutions
- Familiarity with digital frontends and user experience principles
- Precise, structured, and hands-on mindset
- Enjoyment of collaborating with technical experts
- Proactive builder mentality
- Strong execution focus
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Comfortable operating in an international environment
- German language skills (plus, not a must)

- Shape next-generation HVAC system planning experiences
- Coordinate planning workstreams in HVAC product developments
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of planning materials
- Define vision and strategy for digital HVAC planning solutions
- Align strategies with go-to-market plans and sales needs
- Map planning journeys with interdisciplinary teams
- Translate technical requirements into clear roadmaps
- Design scalable, intuitive digital solutions
- Evaluate needs from National Sales Companies and external users
- Convert needs into actionable specifications and implementation plans
- Drive automation and AI use cases for planning accuracy
- Reduce manual effort and enhance system design tool usability
- Establish governance and documentation structures
- Create third-level support structures for collaboration
- Enable knowledge sharing across markets
