Aufgaben
- Manage Accounts Payable processes in DATEV
- Handle monthly accruals and payment runs
- Manage intercompany transactions and billing across European entities
- Coordinate HGB-compliant month-end and year-end closings
- Liaise with international tax advisors to prepare data
- Reconcile figures and resolve open items
- Contribute to annual financial statement preparation
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Perform data entry and quality checks in LucaNet
- Execute intercompany reconciliations for group consolidation
- Assist with VAT reconciliations and compliance
- Support MOSS reporting across multiple EU entities
- Assess workflows to drive process improvements and automation
