- Experience with internationally organised group
- Strong knowledge of HGB and IFRS
- Good knowledge of German payroll regulations
- Proficiency in VAT regulations and compliance
- Consolidation experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Workday Financials
- Proficiency in Adaptive
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively
Aufgaben
- Support accounting processes and reporting
- Ensure monthly reports and annual financial statements comply with local and international GAAP
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Drive efficiency by simplifying operations and processes
- Prepare and interpret financial statements according to IFRS requirements
- Support the evolution of Workday implementation for a world-class fast-close process
