Aufgaben
- Translate business requirements and user needs into high-fidelity mockups
- Create wireframes and prototypes for responsive web interfaces
- Contribute to and maintain the existing design system
- Ensure new designs leverage established components and patterns
- Conduct customer interviews and usability tests
- Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate designs
- Track customer behavior and run experiments to iterate on designs
- Develop site structures through journey architecture and mapping
- Design user flow diagrams and sitemaps to optimize pathways
- Utilize motion in interactive components to enhance usability
- Prepare production-ready design assets and specifications for developers
- Manage clean handoffs with documented technical details and interactions
- Stay current with web design trends and technologies
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve Tractive products
- Take ownership of professional growth and attend development workshops
