- Deliver solutions that align with business goals
- Work with architects to ensure system architecture alignment
- Implement best practices in software design and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in software solutions
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative environment
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve processes at Tractive
- Pursue personal and professional growth through workshops
