- Collaborate with Firmware, Hardware, and Data Science teams
- Support Firmware developers in writing production-grade code
- Define clear success criteria for projects
- Analyze data from lab and field tests
- Decide when to deepen or stop an approach
- Maintain autonomy and responsibility in your topics
- Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve Tractive
- Continuously grow personally and professionally
- Attend workshops to enhance skills
