- Monitor put-away processes for accuracy
- Guarantee on-time and complete customer shipments
- Plan warehouse layout and space management with the FLM
- Exceed established KPI targets
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff
- Maintain effective daily communication
- Support health, safety, and HR site investigations
- Maintain inventory records and perform physical counts
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Train staff on safe work instructions and emergency procedures
- Optimize logistics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Verify that all products meet quality standards and SLAs
- Manage returns, defective products, and quality control
