Aufgaben
- Lead the operational team in the warehouse
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Oversee quality control processes
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve daily objectives
- Monitor customer KPIs and team performance
- Continuously seek improvements in operational processes and systems
- Develop and implement strategies for customizable solutions
- Maintain standard product offerings
- Facilitate smooth task handovers and optimize team communication during shift changes
- Update the Warehouse Management system with production results, system faults, and stock deviations
- Provide necessary reports to the Site Manager
