- 8+ years progressive B2B/Enterprise Sales leadership experience
- At least 3 years as sales leader exceeding quotas
- Minimum 3 years leading multi-country EMEA sales organisation
- 4–5 years success as individual contributor
- Deep expertise in Vertical SaaS
- Strong, specialised knowledge of ticketing landscape
- Experience from Tier 1 consulting, Big Tech, or startup/scale-up
- Proven success building, coaching, managing EMEA teams
- Fluent in English plus at least one additional language
- Understands ticketing industry dynamics
- Analytical mindset and sense of urgency
- Iterative "fail fast, learn faster" mentality
- Fostering high-performance culture of speed and excellence
