Aufgaben
- Define and own software and data strategy
- Translate company goals into a technical roadmap
- Build a future-proof architecture
- Champion AI-driven operations
- Oversee all software technology
- Build and maintain a resilient infrastructure
- Establish best practices in CI/CD, testing, versioning, and documentation
- Ensure compliance, data protection, and information security
- Work closely with Quality & Regulatory team
- Design and implement a centralized data infrastructure
- Build scalable data pipelines and analytics foundations
- Oversee data governance and quality assurance
- Lead and develop the engineering team in Serbia
- Manage external partners and freelancers
- Create a performance-driven culture
- Ensure delivery against key milestones, uptime, and quality KPIs
- Partner with product, design, and growth teams
- Embed automation into all workflows
- Identify and implement AI tools
- Ensure growth through intelligence, not headcount
