  • Extensive experience in global and virtual environments
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Marketing or business-related degrees preferred
  • Advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA, or technical)
  • 15+ years of related marketing experience
  • 10+ years management experience in brand management
  • Experience leading brand teams in technology sector
  • Experience with customer events
  • Experience building and scaling marketing teams
  • Experience in rapid-growth environments

Aufgaben

  • Develop strategies to enhance brand value through marketing and communications programs
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered brand analytics and marketing automation platforms
  • Support employee communications programs to promote brand engagement
  • Create purpose-driven brand narratives aligned with corporate goals
  • Establish brand protection strategies through online monitoring and trademark registrations
  • Set guidelines for brand, trademark, and trade dress usage across the organization
  • Collaborate with CX teams to ensure brand consistency across customer touchpoints
  • Develop measurement strategies for brand attributes compared to competitors
  • Generate awareness through strategic marketing campaigns across media channels
  • Identify and manage key enterprise sponsorships to boost brand recognition
  • Lead events and tradeshow strategy and management for various audiences
  • Drive hybrid event strategies and immersive digital experiences for engagement
  • Execute crisis communications and brand reputation management strategies
