- Previous experience within Air Liquide or understanding of an international company
- Understanding of industrial environment
- English fluency
- German fluency or basic knowledge with eagerness to learn
- French is nice to have
Aufgaben
- Support the HR team in ongoing HR transformation
- Organize Learning & Development initiatives
- Deploy Qualification & Training based on training needs analysis
- Collaborate with Austria on cross-country training efforts
- Manage training organization and administration in myHR
- Assist with blue collar recruitment processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
- Implement the new HR Target Operating Model (HR TOM)
