Aufgaben
- Support the HR team in ongoing HR transformation
- Organize Learning & Development initiatives
- Deploy Qualification & Training based on training needs analysis
- Collaborate with Austria on cross-country training efforts
- Manage training organization and administration in myHR
- Assist with blue collar recruitment processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
- Implement the new HR Target Operating Model (HR TOM)
Ausbildung
- Master-Abschluss
Sprachen
- Englisch – verhandlungssicher
- Deutsch – Grundkenntnisse
