- Establish an internal AI incubation model
- Run a solutions engineering discovery pipeline
- Lead cross-functional workshops for AI use cases
- Identify high-value internal problems worth incubating
- Incubate AI products with commercial potential
- Co-develop solutions with internal users
- Partner with the company's venture capital arm
- Lead AI due diligence for acquisitions
- Evaluate targets' AI capabilities and architectures
- Assess data assets and integration complexity
- Provide technical leadership for integration estimates
- Translate findings into strategic deal recommendations
- Manage science and engineering teams for Risk
- Identify synergies for the compliance product line
