- Coordinate daily fund administration
- Manage property portfolio
- Oversee financial reporting and modelling
- Manage ESG initiatives and data collection
- Create investor presentation materials
- Support investment strategy implementation
- Prepare portfolio strategy reports
- Conduct ongoing portfolio analysis
- Consolidate asset budgets
- Calculate and check asset and portfolio cash flows
- Conduct variance analysis
- Evaluate assets for sale
- Control fund liquidity
- Prepare fund liquidity projections
- Prepare board decision materials
- Control loan portfolio
- Coordinate with LaSalle financing and fund operations
- Review acquisition cash flows
- Prepare investment committee decision materials
- Supervise asset managers
- Control asset business plan implementation
- Supervise major refurbishment and re-letting projects
- Update asset strategic plans annually
- Coordinate budget process
- Validate budgets
- Improve format and calculation methods
- Supervise monthly and quarterly investor reporting
- Assist in annual investor reporting preparation
- Prepare annual investor meeting materials
- Prepare bi-annual investor update call presentations
- Support ESG strategy implementation
- Report on ESG strategy progress
- Define asset-specific ESG road maps
- Supervise ESG road map implementation
- Aggregate asset consumption data
- Prepare SFDR reporting
