Aufgaben
- Check transaction cash flows for new acquisitions and disposals
- Calculate asset and fund returns and maintain the fund model
- Contribute to liquidity management, risk management, and strategic planning analysis
- Assist in the annual budget and strategic planning process at the asset level
- Conduct various ad hoc analyses as requested by the fund manager
- Coordinate portfolio valuation and assist in reviewing it
- Maintain and update the portfolio database and liaise with asset managers for data collection
- Prepare investor and internal fund management reports and present to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with all departments and senior management
