Anforderungen
- Results-driven starter-finisher with strong analytical and mathematical capability
- Superior written skills for delivering board materials, research papers, and content at pace
- Extensive and proven experience in business or executive management, with focus on executive-level advising
- Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments in driving strategic business initiatives
- Experience working across a large, global, matrixed organization

- Good external network of connections, scanning external world for relevant insights/activity
- Familiarity with data and analytics concepts, tools, and ways of working (e.g. data governance, data platforms, analytics/BI, data science, Responsible AI) sufficient to operate credibly with technical leaders
- Related industry experience in software, technology, information services, data/analytics, or consultancy is a significant advantage
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, data science, or similar field
Aufgaben
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Data & Analytics
- Drive large-scale transformation initiatives
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for projects and initiatives
- Drive business priorities and organizational effectiveness for the Data & Analytics Leadership team
- Synthesize key priorities and identify/resolve barriers
- Communicate across the organization to ensure alignment
- Lead the D&A Leadership team to plan and prioritize strategic actions
- Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to include voice of customer in strategic priorities
- Develop an operating rhythm across Data & Analytics
- Ensure departmental priorities are executed on time and on budget
- Provide PMO leadership on key initiatives
- Partner with business units to implement infrastructure for data, analytics, and AI opportunities
- Research, review, analyze, and synthesize information to present alternatives and implications
- Act as a sounding board for new ideas and initiatives
- Identify internal and external trends for the group to incorporate
- Work with leadership team and comms support to identify/plan strategy
- Build a broad network and lasting partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Lead and author strategic documents synthesizing input from strategy leadership and Operating Committee Executives
- Use metrics to assess overall success of Data & Analytics
- Use data and AI to identify process, talent, and technology gaps with leaders
