In this strategic role, you will shape the culture and narrative of the organization while driving effective communication of transformation initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading internal communication strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and managing a global change network.

Anforderungen

• •10+ years in corporate or change communications or related fields
• •Experience supporting senior leaders and major transformation programs
• •Strong facilitation skills and ability to train and influence
• •Excellent storytelling, writing, editing, and narrative structuring skills
• •Excellent command of German and English
• •Strong foundation in communication standards and content development
• •Strategic, structured, and hands-on with strong attention to quality
• •Collaborative, culturally aware, and resilient under pressure

Aufgaben

• •Drive clear communication of priorities, strategy, culture, and change across the Group
• •Advise the Leadership Team on effective communication of transformation and strategic initiatives
• •Lead the internal communication strategy, including messaging cascades and stakeholder alignment
• •Build and manage a global change and ambassador network with KPIs and measurement frameworks
• •Ensure Group-wide communication standards and narrative consistency across all channels
• •Oversee communication and presentations for key corporate events like AGM and CMD
• •Safeguard the quality of presentations, corporate publications, and messaging guidelines
• •Support financial communication and align with investor relations messaging
• •Lead an integrated Group-wide content strategy across various channels and audiences
• •Ensure aligned storytelling for corporate, leadership, financial, and transformation communication
• •Govern editorial planning and creation of core communication assets
