Anforderungen
- Degree in UX, Digital Product Management, Business Informatics, IT, or Business Administration with digital focus
- Experience in UX Product Management, Product Management, or Project Management (ideally media, TV, digital consumer environments)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journey design, and end-to-end digital processes (ideally O2C)
- Proven project and delivery management skills
- Comfort with IT teams on APIs, integrations, system dependencies
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira Confluence
- AI expertise or strong interest in applying AI to product management and UX work (strong plus)
- Excellent English communication skills, good German communication skills
- Proactive, structured, customer-centric mindset, strong ownership
Aufgaben
- Optimize Web and App journeys for UX and usability.
- Identify customer journey pain points, including O2C processes.
- Enhance usability, conversion, and experience across channels.
- Translate business goals and insights into clear requirements.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and steer cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Align with stakeholders.
- Manage the UX/journey roadmap.
- Apply AI tools for analysis, insights, and documentation.
- Use AI for validation and experience optimization.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure high UX quality in solutions.
- Drive UX optimization using customer and performance data.
- Ensure legal compliance and technical feasibility of solutions.
- Ensure efficient implementation across the system landscape.
