- Excellent English communication skills, good German communication skills
- Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or comparable field
- Proven experience in requirements management/business analysis (ideally TV, media, telco, digital service provider environment)
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and complex system landscapes (e.g., Webshop, BSS, CRM, Billing)
- Interest or hands-on experience in applying AI tools
- Excellent English communication skills, good German communication skills

Aufgaben
- Own and orchestrate end-to-end business and functional requirements.
- Act as the central interface, ensuring traceability and consistency.
- Own and optimize end-to-end O2C processes.
- Ensure scalable, compliant, consistent O2C flows across channels.
- Maintain and develop the product catalogue across all systems.
- Ensure consistent mapping of products, pricing, bundles, promotions, and lifecycle states.
- Define and continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys.
- Translate customer and business needs into implementable requirements.
- Use AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities in O2C processes.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities in system interactions.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities into digital products and workflows.
- Support solution design, UAT, and rollout phases.
- Ensure high-quality, legally compliant implementations.
