US Asset Management Audit Senior Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead audits for asset managers while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include advising clients on business opportunities, coordinating international teams, and managing complex audits across various asset classes.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in accounting or equivalent with US CPA qualification
• •More than 8 years of international experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company
• •Extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filings
• •Proficiency in digital audit transformation, SOX, PCAOB standards, and latest audit technologies
• •Knowledge of the USA market and strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, German proficiency is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Lead audits for asset managers focusing on private markets funds
• •Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS during audits
• •Advise clients on business opportunities from PwC USA's asset management initiatives
• •Facilitate significant product and investment launches
• •Coordinate international teams for engagements in the USA and Europe
• •Ensure seamless collaboration and communication across teams
• •Develop stakeholder management skills for complex projects
• •Drive audits of valuations for Level 3 investments across all asset classes
• •Manage audits of companies preparing financial statements according to US GAAP and IFRS
• •Prepare audit files for Partner review
• •Assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors
• •Develop and extend relationships with clients
• •Support clients in technical accounting matters
