- Technical strength with excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards
- US CPA qualification or equivalent certification
- Experience managing large, multi-location audits and clients
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management
- Team player with ability to report upwards to Partners
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards knowledge

- Lead and mentor audit teams
