Aufgaben
- Support the implementation of the new people planning process
- Implement people planning strategy at unit level
- Ensure adherence to IKEA employment standards and legal requirements
- Ensure adherence to union requirements related to People Planning
- Contribute to the unit’s complete people planning process
- Post draft schedules timely
- Ensure scheduled hours include planned absences
- Liaise on the development of final schedules with department managers
- Identify possible improvements in the unit people planning process
- Escalate potential deviations to the Unit P&C manager
- Ensure the people planning process supports developing talents
- Enable coworkers to deliver excellent customer meetings
- Collaborate with Recruiting manager and Unit P&C generalist
- Ensure vacancies are filled with the right contract type
- Secure preconditions for coworkers to create great customer meetings
- Ensure unit coworker awareness and knowledge of the people planning process
- Provide education, training, and support on the people planning process
- Identify possible improvements in people planning process and tools
- Escalate potential deviations to the people planning manager
