- 15+ years leadership experience in Finance Transformation, ERP, or large-scale business transformation
- Proven success leading complex global ERP transformations, ideally with Oracle Fusion
- Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation
- Experience within Shared Services and Global Business Services environments
- Track record managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments
- Strong understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
- Executive presence with exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives without direct authority
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, and benefits realization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and change leadership skills
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems
- MBA considered an advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus

- Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO)
- Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap
- Align ERP deployment with the Finance Target Operating Model
- Coordinate business, IT, and external implementation partners globally
- Maintain governance across all program workstreams
- Standardize global processes and best practices
- Implement scalable Oracle Fusion solutions
- Balance global standards with local regulatory requirements
- Establish robust process ownership and governance
- Lead governance structures and executive steering committees
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Monitor program performance through KPIs and executive dashboards
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams
- Drive organizational readiness across regions and business units
- Engage stakeholders and communicate adoption strategies
- Oversee training and deployment readiness activities
- Support transition into business-as-usual operations
- Deliver the approved business case and transformation outcomes
- Measure financial and operational benefits
- Lead continuous improvement and lessons learned programs
- Ensure sustainable value creation post-deployment
