Aufgaben
- Lead technical training for Large Scale Mammalian assets
- Develop technical trainers
- Coordinate operational activities for training programs
- Ensure compliance with EHS, GxP, and technical training standards
- Manage training matrices with role-specific curricula
- Execute the Lonza training strategy
- Define and drive training performance KPIs
- Manage new training programs and optimize existing ones
- Coordinate up to 10 indirect reports of technical trainers
- Serve as the key contact for training during audits and projects
- Oversee the learning management system and knowledge management
- Analyze training demand and capacity to identify gaps
- Coach trainers to enhance their effectiveness
- Participate in investigations and CAPAs as a human performance ambassador
