- Technical knowledge in chemical or pharmaceutical engineering
- Experience in SharePoint or website management
- Experience in cGMP environment
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Support the Project Director in executing large investment projects
- Assist in establishing and rolling out project structures
- Follow project management guidance to enhance team efficiency
- Take responsibility for specific project tasks, such as TPL for small equipment packages
- Organize workshops and report to management
- Handle internal coordination tasks to reduce the Project Director's workload
- Prepare project reporting, including KPI charts and information collection
- Develop and maintain the Project SharePoint for administrative processes
- Organize internal and external workshops, town halls, and team events
- Support team members in creating agendas, meeting minutes, and action lists
- Participate in regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Coordinate Technical Change Request activities with all project stakeholders
