In this role, you will support the Project Director in managing large investment projects from design to handover. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include organizing workshops, preparing reports, and enhancing project structures to ensure smooth operations.

Anforderungen

• •Diploma, Master's, or Bachelor's in project management, engineering, mechanical, chemical, or related field
• •Technical knowledge in chemical or pharmaceutical engineering
• •Experience in SharePoint or website management
• •Experience in cGMP environment
• •Fluency in English

Aufgaben

• •Support the Project Director in executing large investment projects
• •Assist in establishing and rolling out project structures
• •Follow project management guidance to enhance team efficiency
• •Take responsibility for specific project tasks, such as TPL for small equipment packages
• •Organize workshops and report to management
• •Handle internal coordination tasks to reduce the Project Director's workload
• •Prepare project reporting, including KPI charts and information collection
• •Develop and maintain the Project SharePoint for administrative processes
• •Organize internal and external workshops, town halls, and team events
• •Support team members in creating agendas, meeting minutes, and action lists
• •Participate in regulatory inspections and customer audits
• •Coordinate Technical Change Request activities with all project stakeholders
