- Lead development and order execution projects for traction components
- Functionally lead a cross-functional project team
- Oversee project planning and budget
- Manage projects through R&D, order execution, and warranty phases
- Drive decisions and achieve results
- Represent Engineering in the project core team
- Manage interfaces with stakeholders and participating units
- Coordinate engineering work packages and deliverables
- Plan prototype purchasing, building, and testing
- Support manufacturing site in starting serial production
- Make technical decisions and trade-offs
- Manage changes and product configurations
