You will drive the success of CERN's Long Shutdown 3 by optimizing planning tools and harmonizing workflows, ensuring high-quality data and seamless coordination across international teams.

Anforderungen

• •Knowledge of information systems and data management
• •Experience in process optimization and stakeholder coordination
• •Knowledge in information structuring and quality management
• •Understanding of engineering or equivalent qualification
• •Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• •Competencies in process improvement and cross-functional support
• •Spoken and written English and French
• •Nationality of CERN Member or Associate State
• •Maximum two years experience since graduation
• •No previous CERN fellow or graduate contract
• •Possession of a University degree
• •No PhD qualification
• •Willingness to work in Radiation Areas
• •Ability to intervene in underground installations
• •Valid driving licence

Aufgaben

• •Ensure the quality and reliability of planning data
• •Manage and improve planning tools as Business Owner
• •Gather user requirements and provide technical support
• •Coordinate planning activities across EN-ACE teams
• •Facilitate user meetings and prepare documentation
• •Create reports and presentations for management
• •Streamline processes and harmonise group workflows
