Aufgaben
- Support organization and execution of innovation events
- Build and maintain internal communication channels
- Plan and manage the Innovation Lab events calendar
- Identify and engage external speakers and contributors
- Develop and update internal web content on innovation
- Keep event information and registrations current
- Collaborate with IT and web teams to improve digital tools
- Support day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab
- Organize and maintain lab spaces and equipment
- Ensure smooth execution of workshops and sessions
- Work closely with internal trading teams
- Build a strong innovation culture within the organization
- Support ongoing innovation initiatives and community efforts
