Therapy Development Manager Heart Failure(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •University degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- •Proven experience in sales, ideally in the cardiology market
- •Familiarity with Swiss Medical Devices Ordinance and EU MDR
- •Confidence in engaging with clinical stakeholders and translating complex information
- •Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- •Willingness to travel extensively (minimum of 75% with overnight stays)
- •Team player with a friendly and adaptable personality
- •Ownership, initiative, and commitment to delivering above-average results
- •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- •Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
- •Based in or willing to relocate to Switzerland

- •Coordinate activities in implanting centers and referral sites
- •Optimize referral programs for inpatient and outpatient heart failure
- •Achieve regional sales and strategy targets autonomously
- •Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
- •Assess heart failure business and market development opportunities
- •Provide field support for heart failure marketing and sales initiatives
- •Plan sales strategies for Abbott products in advanced heart failure
- •Expand referral networks in the assigned region
- •Manage full revenue responsibility for the region
- •Serve as the point of contact for clinical users and hospital staff
- •Create account plans and manage customer relationships
- •Acquire new customers and conduct strategic analysis of hospitals
- •Plan and ensure compliance with the regional marketing budget
- •Prepare regular updates and forecasts for the region
- •Participate in national and international cardiovascular congresses
- •Organize and conduct local scientific events with implantation centers
- •Conduct quarterly and annual meetings with customers to develop business relationships
