Aufgaben

  • •Lead a therapeutic area focused team
  • •Create and update the Enterprise portfolio strategy for the Therapeutic Area
  • •Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Therapeutic Area
  • •Assess peer companies with significant exposure in the Therapeutic Area
  • •Educate and update internal stakeholders with external perspectives
  • •Provide insights for key portfolio governance processes
  • •Identify growth opportunities and reject low-value projects
  • •Support Group Investor Relations and the CEO Office with strategic insights
  • •Collect and synthesize scientific and commercial insights for the Therapeutic Area
  • •Lead the creation and maintenance of the TA portfolio strategy
  • •Identify potential pipeline gaps and recommend solutions
  • •Facilitate portfolio decision-making with the Therapeutic Area Leadership team
  • •Oversee assessments of program fit to current portfolio strategy
  • •Facilitate central review for assets inside and outside current priorities
  • •Provide commercial and development inputs for business cases
  • •Offer independent views on internal pipeline assumptions
  • •Lead assessments of external opportunities and forecast assumptions
  • •Coach and develop top talent within the team
  • •Partner with leadership to develop people strategy
  • •Manage the TA strategy financial budget and forecast resource needs
