- Track record to acquire TA expertise rapidly in Oncology and/or Hematology
- High agility and capacity to support strategic DAs and multiple programs
- Substantial experience evaluating new product opportunities
- 7-10 years Industry pharma and/or medical devices experience
- Experience in Research & Development and/or commercial functions
- Experience conducting, commissioning, analyzing primary research
- Experience of strategy development
- Experience of asset shaping early in lifecycle
- Recent (post 2015) local US in-market experience
- Experience working within the US market with local US customers
- Experience with US health care systems
Aufgaben
- Support creation and update of holistic TA strategy
- Provide early-phase commercial insights to project teams
- Guide internal pipeline development and external licensing
- Support integrated enterprise alignment across units
- Bring external benchmarking and insights for TA strategy
- Develop sustainable growth strategies for short, mid, and long-term
- Understand pharmaceutical industry and Oncology & Hematology TAs
- Derive competitive advantages over peers
- Provide commercial insights to R&D project teams
- Analyze reports and publications to extract key messages
- Build product forecasts
- Develop and deliver TA-specific strategic external insights
- Identify growth opportunities and emerging challenges
- Create third-party view of key strategic levers
- Commission targeted primary research
