- Certified ISQTB
- Logical, precise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented, goal-driven personality
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Coordination, communication, and reporting skills
- Self-starter, highly organized, works well with all functional levels
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Ensure software teams apply Testing Methodology (SOP)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality
- Continuously test solutions to detect bugs early
- Review product design documentation for correct requirements
- Define test plans
- Design test cases
- Execute tests
- Create test reports
- Report bugs according to guidelines
- Update the defect tracking system
- Use quality and tracking tools like Jira
- Maintain effective communication with project teams
- Ensure automated tests integrate with CI/CD processes
- Monitor and diagnose automation failures
- Automate and maintain test cases
- Define and maintain test strategy
- Identify process improvements and propose solutions
- Provide management with clear project quality status
- Analyze project time and test coverage estimations
- Ensure implementation of quality gates
