As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will design secure cloud architectures and lead practices that integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle. This role involves optimizing CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance processes and innovate solutions.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• •5 years of relevant professional experience in cloud, DevOps, or software engineering roles
• •Proficiency in DevOps automation (Bicep, Terraform, GitHub Actions) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• •Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps) and cloud-native architectures
• •Strong knowledge of cloud security and compliance, including API and container security, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, configuration/security management tools, and familiarity with ISO 27001
• •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• •Demonstrated thought leadership and initiative
• •Strong time and project management skills
• •Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• •Effective communicator, skilled at adapting communication for technical stakeholders and senior management
• •Proficient in English, French is a plus
• •Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25EFTA citizenship required

Aufgaben

• •Design and implement secure cloud architectures in Microsoft Azure
• •Lead DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• •Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep
• •Implement CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments across environments
• •Embed security in the development lifecycle and Azure environment
• •Leverage tools like Defender for Cloud to secure CI/CD pipelines
• •Evolve DevOps into Platform Engineering with internal developer portals
• •Create reusable components, shared libraries, and templates
• •Ensure application availability, stability, and performance
• •Apply FinOps principles for cost efficiency in applications
• •Monitor observability, logging, and DORA metrics
• •Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD and cloud platforms
• •Design action plans to address platform and tooling shortcomings
• •Innovate solutions using Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models
• •Collaborate with teams, contractors, and vendors on architecture
• •Create and maintain documentation from architecture diagrams to procedures
• •Stay current with Azure and DevSecOps trends
