Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in cloud, DevOps, or software engineering roles
- Proficiency in DevOps automation (Bicep, Terraform, GitHub Actions) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps) and cloud-native architectures
- Strong knowledge of cloud security and compliance, including API and container security, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, configuration/security management tools, and familiarity with ISO 27001
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated thought leadership and initiative
- Strong time and project management skills
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator, skilled at adapting communication for technical stakeholders and senior management
- Proficient in English, French is a plus
- Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25EFTA citizenship required
Aufgaben
- Design and implement secure cloud architectures in Microsoft Azure
- Lead DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments across environments
- Embed security in the development lifecycle and Azure environment
- Leverage tools like Defender for Cloud to secure CI/CD pipelines
- Evolve DevOps into Platform Engineering with internal developer portals
- Create reusable components, shared libraries, and templates
- Ensure application availability, stability, and performance
- Apply FinOps principles for cost efficiency in applications
- Monitor observability, logging, and DORA metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD and cloud platforms
- Design action plans to address platform and tooling shortcomings
- Innovate solutions using Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models
- Collaborate with teams, contractors, and vendors on architecture
- Create and maintain documentation from architecture diagrams to procedures
- Stay current with Azure and DevSecOps trends
